Bedrock Venture Capital Finance CompanBedrock Venture Capital Finance Company (BVCFC) is a limited liability established under the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Bedrock Venture Capital Finance Company was born out of a partnership between SIC Insurance Company Limited, National Investment Bank and the Venture Capital Trust Fund.

The Venture Capital Trust Fund was formed by a legislative act (ACT 680) to provide private equity funding to Small and Medium Enterprises.

Bedrock Venture Capital Finance Company (BVCFC) currently has a fund size of Ten Million Dollars (US$ 10 Million) for disbursement.

CORPORATE MISSION

Our mission is to provide financial resources for the development and promotion of venture capital financing for small and medium enterprises in priority sectors of the economy like Agriculture, Information Technology, Education, Tourism and Health care.

OUR OBJECTIVES

The primary objective of Bedrock Venture Capital Finance Company Limited is to combine its extensive investment banking experience coupled with its strong technological expertise to provide cutting edge corporate finance solutions to our Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients.

We also seek to develop strong partnership with our clientele base by helping them shape their businesses to improve on shareholder value.

OUR APPROACH

As a Venture Capital firm we seek to invest our managed funds in start-up or early-stage business enterprises.

Hence our ultimate goal therefore is to invest in companies that will significantly increase value and to allow shareholders to cash in on appreciable gains.
